4. How to Wear Ihram:

   - Men: Before entering the state of Ihram, take a ritual bath (ghusl). Then, wear two white, seamless pieces of cloth. One piece should be wrapped around the waist and the other draped over the shoulders. Do not wear stitched clothing.

   - Women: Wear a simple, modest dress that covers the entire body, including the head. It should not be tight or revealing.

5. Niyat (Intention) for Umrah:

   - Stand facing the Kaaba, raise your hands, and make a sincere intention (niyat) for Umrah in your heart. You can say, "Labbaik, Allahumma Labbaik, Labbaik la sharika laka labbaik. Innal hamda wan-ni'mata laka wal-mulk, la sharika lak" which means "Here I am, O Allah, here I am. You have no partner, here I am. Verily, all praise, grace, and dominion belong to You. You have no partner."

6. Entering Masjid al-Haram:

   - Upon arrival in Mecca, enter the Masjid al-Haram with your right foot and make a du'a (supplication) asking Allah for blessings and guidance.

7. Tawaf:

   - Perform Tawaf by circumambulating the Kaaba seven times in a counterclockwise direction.

   - Men should uncover their right shoulder during Tawaf, known as "Idtiba."

   - During Tawaf, you may recite prayers, supplicate, and seek forgiveness.

8. Maqam e Ibrahim:

   - After Tawaf, pray two Rak'ahs at the Maqam e Ibrahim. If possible, try to pray behind the Maqam e Ibrahim, or pray anywhere within the Masjid al-Haram.

9. Zamzam:

   - Drink Zamzam water while facing the Kaaba. You can also fill containers to take with you.

10. Sai of Safa and Marwah:

    - Perform Sai by walking seven times between the hills of Safa and Marwah. Start at Safa and end at Marwah.

    - Men should jog during the Sai between the two markers.

11. Halaq/Qasar:

    - Men should have their hair either completely shaved (Halaq) or trimmed (Qasar). Women should trim a small portion of their hair.

    - This symbolizes purification and humility.

Remember to follow the guidance and instructions of your tour guide and observe the rules and etiquette of the holy places while performing Umrah. It is a deeply spiritual journey, so stay focused on your intentions and prayers throughout the process.
